Coronavirus Booking Guarantee

All bookings are covered by our Corona Virus Booking guarantee to give you peace of mind that you will not lose your money. The guarantee in place at the time the booking was made applies as there was a slight change in October 2020 to the amount of the deposit paid and when the balance is due. Check your booking confirmation to see which applies to you.

Booking guarantee after 1st October 2020
This is the current guarantee that applies to all new bookings and has been in place for all bookings made since 1st October 2020.
  • A low deposit of 30% to secure the booking.
  • The balance payment will not be due until 30 days before the holiday and you will receive an automated email to make the payment.
  • No refunds offered to the customer, but flexibility to move bookings until the end of 2021 in the event of Coronavirus restrictions.
Booking guarantee before 1st October 2020
  • A low deposit of 20% to secure the booking.
  • The balance payment will not be due until 10 days before the holiday (in case of late changes to Covid restrictions).
  • No refunds, but complete flexibility to move bookings until the end of December 2021 in the event of Coronavirus restrictions.
