Last updated: 24th Feb 2021

Finally we are seeing some light at the end of the tunnel and can’t wait to welcome customers back to Woodside from 12th April 2021, in line with the Government route-map announced on 22nd February 2021.

Lodge customers booked to arrive on 12th April onwards and consisting of just one household can enjoy their stay as planned. Contactless check-in will be in place and we will be in touch to the named booking lead a few days before the arrival date to give arrival instructions.

Customers due to arrive before this date, those with a party in excess of 6 people or more than one household will be offered to move their holiday to another date or receive a refund.

Two households will be permitted to share a lodge once we get to Stage 3, which will not be before 17th May 2021.

Under the new guidelines all shared toilet and shower facilities must remain closed until Stage 3, which will not be before 17th May 2021.

Pods – only one pod will be available to book between 12th April to 17th May and it will have it’s own dedicated toilet & shower facility.

Camping – customers that are totally self sufficient will still be able to come and stay if they are totally self-sufficient. A water tap and chemical waste disposal point will be available to use. There will be no toilets, showers or washing up facilities open.
We will be contacting all customers due to arrive before 17th May to discuss their options.

Bunkhouse – sadly the bunkhouse is not available until we reach Stage 3 of the route-map, which is not before 17th May 2021. We will be contacting all affected customers to discuss their options.
